Crab Meat Casserole -- About an hour

3 cups rice
8 oz Cottage Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
¾ cup Miracle Whip
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 can Crab Meat (fancy and lumpy works best)
Some Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Cook the rice. You don't know how to cook rice?
Hoo, we're in trouble.
All right, highlight this part and memorize for later.
For every cup of rice, use 1.5 cups of water. For you liberal arts majors out there, that would mean this recipe calls for 4.5 cups. Chuck the rice and water in one of those "pot" things everyone keeps talking about, and bring to a boil.
That means when little bubbles wiggle up from the bottom.
When it boils, turn the heat down a bit, and cover it halfway with a lid for about 5-10 minutes.
Then turn the heat down again, cover with a lid completely, and leave for about 15 minutes.

Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl while you're waiting for that darn rice.
That Worcestershire sauce smells good, huh?
Refrain from drinking it. I learned that one the hard way.

Get out a pan of some type. I don't know, 9x5, 11x7, whatever you want.
Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.

Cook for 20 minutes, or until top is goldenish brownish.

This particular meal tastes great with some green beans and almonds, and those Pillsbury Dough Buttery Rolls.
Wow, typing this has made me hungry. I'm going to go make this now.
