Chess Pie -- About an hour

½ cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 ½ tbs Corn Meal
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Unbaked pie shell

Cook an unbaked shell at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Immediately stop calling it unbaked.

Sift corn meal and sugar with a sifter.
Melt butter and let it cool
Mix.

Mix everything else and cook it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
ENJOY!

Figure out what you're going to do with all that cornmeal.
