Artichoke Dip -- An hour

1 can half artichokes. Not marinated. Chopped.
1 onion diced
2 cups mozerella cheese

1 pint of whipping cream
2 egg whites
1 egg (white and yellow)
¾ tsp. Salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg

Handful of Parmesan Cheese

Mix all the things in the second paragraph.
Pour over top of the things in the first paragraph.
Sprinkle the things in the short third paragraph over the whole thing.

Cook at 360 degrees for an hour.
They taste really good with Triscuits.
