Spike from "Buffy" Ufo Doll...kind of.

Materials:
• felt
• hot glue
• cotton stuffing
• acrylic paint

I wanted to make a doll with no patterns and no sewing machine. I sketched out my own patterns and sort of Frankensteined this guy together through trial and error. I first used craft glue, but that fell apart once I tried to stuff the limbs with cotton.

I ended up using hot glue, so he's not very huggable. He's kind of stiff.

I also couldn't get felt eyes right as I start losing manual dexterity with things under a half inch. So I just painted them on!

Hardcore fans will also notice that I left James Marsters' eyebrow scar, because I am just that detailed.

Spike is shown here on my cat in an effort to make him look cuter by osmosis.
